Enhanced insight into the GSM-R network reality thanks to the latest Triorail module technology of the 5th generationTriorail can now deliver, based on its new module generation, GSM-R trace devices with the innovative receiver technology to prevent IM3- and Blocking- problems.
These are the new devices: TTS-TRM-5T USB, TTS-TRC-5 and TTS-TRC-5RM. With these new products and the associated PC software ‘TrioTrace2’, difficult network situations can be better analyzed and solutions be derived. This new trace device generation enables the alternate switching of the receiver during a spectrum scan so that ‘RxLevel’ can be measured with and without improved IM3 & Blocking performance. In an IM3 & Blocking environment the interference-causing carriers from public mobile networks can be displayed with a mouse click. Furthermore, the devices can be operated via AT command in the old receiver technology. The other highlights are new ‘Layer1’ messages regarding ‘ASCI-Listener-Mode’ during a ‘Voice Group Call’ and the integration of Google Earth to illustrate location-dependent measurements by using existing GPS data.
